I’m a physician (MD) with a Master’s in Immunology, a Master’s in Neurosciences, and a PhD in Health Psychology. But beyond all the degrees, I’ve spent 15+ years teaching, researching, and helping people reclaim their energy, focus, and health after chronic stress and burnout.
What I’ve found?
